Five Minute Friday

I haven’t done one of these in a while! Life has been busy around these parts! Since today is Friday, let’s see what the theme is for Five Minute Friday this week!

Looks like it is…LAST. Hmm.

So, if you are new to these parts…Five Minute Friday is where a group of people write about a given topic for only five minutes. No worries about editing things out, making things pretty…whatever. Just writing. Simple as that! 😀 Of course you MUST comment on the person that linked up before you.. It’s nice that way! hehehe..

Today is Friday.

The last day of the work week.

Library day. Trader Joe’s Day. Breugger’s Bagels Day.

Cleaning Day. I like to make sure that Jeffy comes home to a super clean house after a long week. And this week has been extra long for him. For us too, I suppose.

We do have a lot of things to squeeze into today, so I hope we get it all taken care of.

Sometimes Friday has us thinking of all the fun stuff we could possibly do on the weekend. Sometimes Friday has me thinking of all the school stuff I have to get ready for next week.
Sometimes Friday has all of us staring blankly, watching the squirrels eat outside our door. That means our week was particularly long.

If I didn’t NEED to return these overdue books today, I think we would all be doing a lot more squirrel watching today..

But now, I will start this last day of the work week…and look forward to the weekend.

I wish I had a bagel store closer as I love fresh bagels. I am having a hard time getting motivated today. Still have some school work to get done with the kids and some cleaning. Just have other things I want to do so it’s going to be a long day.

Well, we don’t have anything near by, so if we want bagels we have to drive for it..but yes, it is worth it! So much different than the ones in the stores! I hope you get some soon! We are all sick over here, so nobody is motivated. I hear ya on that one!!

  4. I hope you have a great weekend!
